Aspen’s Palladium Properties shares insight into their market during the busy Holiday season
The holiday season is amongst us. please tell us how your market begins to transition during this time of year. Is this a good time buy or to sell?
Palladium Properties Aspen: As winter approaches, Aspen offers a distinct draw. The ski mountains open up, town lights up with the hustle and bustle of holiday shopping and festivities, and locals and visitors alike embody the energy of the season. The quiet of the shoulder season is gone, ramping up business across the board, from restaurants and retail to of course, real estate. Interest in buying and selling absolutely increases during the winter months, when the town is arguably at its most beautiful!
What are some of the key things to remember while networking with new potential clients during the holidays, a careful balance of business and character?
Palladium Properties Aspen: The holidays are a busy time of year for everyone- we can all get so wrapped up in our to-do lists and business goals that we can easily forget the point of the many holiday parties- to connect with those around us! Being in the moment and really being present- listening to answers when we ask questions, taking an interest in the lives of those we converse with- that is the surest way to keep balance during this special season.
How do you communicate with your community about your business during this time of year?
Palladium Properties Aspen: As with any time of year, it is important to communicate with the community about our business in a relatable context, and by embodying our company values in these interactions. At Palladium Properties, we highlight our passion for reinvesting in the community during this time of year that is particularly known for giving back to giving to community members in need. By acting with our key values in mind, the opportunity to speak to others about business reveals itself organically.
